Payment of Fees
Owners have a variety of payment options when paying their monthly association fees.
Check and On-Line Bill Pay - Owners may pay their monthly fees by writing a traditional check or by using their bank's online bill pay feature. All payments should be made payable to the Association and mailed to the following address:

Electronic Payments - Owners may opt to pay their monthly fees through electronic transfer of funds. Owners who opt to pay their fees by electronic payment must complete the necessary form and submit a voided check. After the form has been completed and entered into our system, payment will be deducted from your bank account around the 10th of each month. Completed forms may be mailed to the address on the form, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 636-477-7623.
Credit Card - Owners may pay monthly fees using their credit card. Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. There is a $9.95 processing fee when paying by credit card. Please note Visa cards are no longer accepted. Please click here to pay your monthly fee by credit card.
E-Check - Owners may pay their fees by e-check. There are no processing fees involved with paying by e-check. Please click here to pay your monthly fee by e-check.
