- Review insurance policies on annual basis and recommend changes if necessary
- Prepare specifications to obtain quotes on insurance coverage
- Solicit proposals for building, property and earthquake insurance
- Solicit proposals for general liability and umbrella liability insurance coverage
- Solicit proposals for workman's compensation insurance
- Solicit proposals for auto insurance on Association owned vehicles
- Solicit proposals for flood insurance if required
- Report insurance claims promptly
- Work with adjusters to efficiently administer insurance claims
- Inspect community on regular basis and report to Board of Directors any areas of risk and action needed
