Amy Cross

Amy Cross joined Personalized Association Management in December 2008 as a Community Coordinator. In this position, Amy is the first contact for many homeowner requests including work orders, owner inquiries and resale questions.

Amy has seven years of experience in customer service and has worked in various fields. She is currently working towards earning her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) through the National Board of Certification of Community Managers.

Amy currently resides in O'Fallon, Missouri with her husband and two children.
