  • Respond to owner questions, requests and correspondence.
  • Complete transfer of unit paperwork
  • Send new owner letters and packets
  • Assist Association committees
  • Assist in newsletter design, editing and distribution
  • Administration of community web site.
  • Prepare annual meeting materials including notice, ballot, proxy, etc.
  • Assist in development of rules and regulations
  • Copy and mail community wide mailings
  • Hiring, terminating, disciplining and supervision of on site personnel
